Do not use a product that appears damaged, swollen, leaking, overheating or otherwise unsafe.
Do not attempt to open, modify or repair a powerbank yourself.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from misuse of a product contrary to supplied instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
