Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide reliable and affordable delivery while keeping you informed throughout the shipping process.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, sales events, or circumstances beyond our control, processing may take slightly longer. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, product availability, shipping method selected at checkout and the fulfilment location.

United Kingdom

- Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days

- Processing time: 1–3 business days

Europe

- Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

International Orders

- Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, postal services, courier disruptions, adverse weather, peak shopping periods or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where free shipping is offered, the applicable shipping method will be selected by us based on the destination and availability.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take several days to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate with the shipping provider.

Before contacting us, please check:

- Your tracking information

- That your delivery address was entered correctly

- Whether a neighbour or safe location received the parcel

- Whether the courier has attempted delivery

If an order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with the shipping provider and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or other suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.

If you notice that your address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after fulfilment has begun.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

8. Split Shipments

Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately because products can be fulfilled from different warehouses or locations.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive at different times. You will not normally be charged an additional shipping fee because of a split shipment.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and the product before disposing of any packaging.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photographs so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier or fulfilment provider.

10. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs clearance, strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Our 30-day returns policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond any statutory cancellation period, items should be unused, with their tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

How to arrange a return

Email cpoglobalcommerce@gmail.com before posting an item. We will explain the return process and provide the correct physical return address and any available return-label instructions. Please use the physical destination provided in your return instructions when posting a parcel.

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return and, if there is a fault, a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess damaged or incorrect items. Keep proof of postage.

UK and EU cancellation rights

Where statutory online cancellation rights apply, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; any lawful deduction for handling beyond that will be explained.

You can cancel by emailing cpoglobalcommerce@gmail.com with a clear statement and your order details. You do not have to use a particular form. Asking for return instructions does not remove or delay your cancellation rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and reasonable return-postage arrangements. The 30-day voluntary returns window does not limit your statutory rights.

Return postage

Contact us for the correct return destination and postage instructions before sending a parcel. We will confirm the arrangements for your return and any available label. Any postage arrangements remain subject to your statutory rights.

Exceptions

Some change-of-mind returns may be excluded where the law allows, including personalised goods, perishables and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exclusions do not remove rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Sale items retain the same statutory rights as full-price items. Gift cards are excluded from our voluntary returns policy where permitted by law.

Refunds and exchanges

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations of goods, we issue refunds without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Where required, this includes the original standard delivery charge; any extra cost for a premium delivery service is not refunded. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
